BetterChecks is a Quality Engineering service. Our Quality Engineers and AI agents test software for startups, small businesses, SaaS companies and AI teams.

This policy covers the details collected through this website. It does not cover the products you ask us to test.

We collect only what you type into our forms, plus a small amount of technical data.

• Hunt My Bugs form: your name, email, phone number, product link, an optional LinkedIn link and an optional note.
• Talk to a QA Expert form: your name, email, phone number, an optional LinkedIn link and an optional product link, plus the time you choose for your call.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details. We use them to stop spam and abuse and to keep the site secure.
• Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, the country and the type of device. These are anonymous, collected without cookies, and not used to identify you.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal details, and we do not use them for advertising.

• To reply to you and to run the bug hunt or the call you asked for.
• To send you the report and any follow-up about your request.
• To book, move or cancel your call.
• To send the newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
• To protect the site from spam, misuse and attacks.
• To make sure requests are answered quickly.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our website, handle bookings, store information and contact you. They may handle your details only to do their job for us, and only as needed.

We do not sell your personal details.
